From a trip

I liked this cave, complete with broom.
These poor guys are waiting for someone to pick them so they will be cooked and served on your plate at the fish restaurant.  How could you even choose?  They all look so sad and like they really miss the river.

Our little farm

Aren't they just the cutest ever!  Oliver and his sister come and sleep on our doorstep when it's cold outside.
This is Allisyn with a Mohawk when it rains.
Kailey was so surprised when she laid her first egg that she just stood there frozen for several minutes.  The father was present for the birth and let everyone know it was his.
Here's the whole gang.
And our newest edition that we caught out in the field with a net and brought into our garden.  His name is Storm and he is so soft! I am training him to let me pet him while he eats.

New Years!

Wishing a New Year filled with God's blessings to all!
Here's our New Year's log cake with live decoration from our pine trees out front.

Sporting the Christmas Sweaters

Wonderful to have my friend's mom to visit for Christmas!

Christmas Presents

Money is always a favorite.
A cute candy dish from me.
A beautiful decorative plate from my friend.
I made a picture book to not forget good memories.

Oliver

This chicken was named after my friend's new baby.  Her baby is cuter, of course, but I love my chicken!  And I love that it reminds me to pray for her and her family.  The first day I gave this chicken a bath and dried it with the hair dryer!  Chickens don't normally take baths, in case you were wondering. :)  But she smells better now.

Lake House

Here is the outside and inside of our friend's house that gets flooded every time there are heavy rains.  Our socks got wet but we dried them out by their coal stove.
